Restaurant Structural Engineering Projects
Restaurant owners often have a fixed opening date and a budget that doesn’t stretch. Our restaurant structural engineering covers the whole range: new ground-up builds, tenant infill in existing spaces, replacement structures, and seismic upgrades that let an older building take on a new use.
A new restaurant pad often starts with land use. On Dave’s Hot Chicken in Springfield we took the site through City of Springfield site review, then designed the civil work (stormwater ponds, parking, drive-through, circulation, sidewalks, ADA ramps, trash enclosure) and the structure, and worked with the contractor on site to tie the new stormwater and sewer into the city’s system. The restaurant opened on time.
For the services behind this work, see Restaurant & Retail Buildouts.
