Structural Engineer for Southern Oregon Projects
Southern Oregon is one of the markets we’d like more work in. We don’t have a local office there — so rather than a list of towns, here’s what we’d bring to a project as a structural engineer for Southern Oregon.
Our Southern Oregon work so far includes tower analysis in Medford, a restaurant in Grants Pass and steel stair design in Roseburg.

Where we'd be most useful
Unpermitted construction. Local jurisdictions in Lane County know us for as-built permits, and the same problem comes up in every county. Our process is built around one idea: go to the jurisdiction, find out exactly what it requires, and get that in writing before anyone pays for drawings. See As-Built Permits & Unpermitted Construction.
Commercial and restaurant buildouts. We’ve designed tenant infill work, new buildings and replacement structures for restaurant franchisees in the Pacific Northwest, and on new builds we can carry a project from land use approval through civil and structural design. See Restaurant & Retail Buildouts.
Rural sites and industrial work. Shops, grading, drainage, retaining walls and heavy-industry structures — we’ve worked with mills and large industrial clients. See Industrial Engineering.
What distance changes, and what it doesn't
The design work doesn’t change. Calculations, drawings and permit administration can be done remotely, and in-person meetings aren’t a requirement. What changes is site visits: depending on how far and how many, travel may add to their cost. We’ll put that in the fee estimate before you agree to anything.
