Dave’s Hot Chicken

JBE partnered with CB Anderson Architects on a new Dave’s Hot Chicken on Mohawk Boulevard in Springfield, Oregon. The original parcel housed an abandoned commercial building and vegetation was starting to take over. JBE helped shepherd the project through site review with the City of Springfield, obtaining land use approval for the development. After site review was approved, JBE provided civil and structural engineering services so that the project could be permitted. The restaurant opened in the summer of 2025 to the delight of the local community and is a welcome addition to this bustling intersection.
